New sets to be unveiled at LEGO CON 2022
On Saturday, June 18th, the global show will be live from the Lego House in Billund. Virtual event LEGO CON 2022 will be the second in a row – the first was held in 2021.
The idea of organizing the show was, in fact, forced – thus, the company’s specialists decided to fill the gap that arose due to covid restrictions. Now the bans on attending offline events have been lifted. However, last year’s virtual visit to the designer’s homeland was enjoyed by many visitors, so the Danish manufacturer decided to hold a second conference of fans of the “world of cubes” in 2022.
To be honest, most fans are interested in new items, the release of which is scheduled for the near future. After watching all the teasers about LEGO CON 2022 on the official Lego channel on YouTube video hosting, bloggers of thematic sites found the answer to this question.
So what will be presented at the event?
The show will feature:
- sets from the popular Star Wars, Minecraft, Marvel lines;
- constructors released for the 90th anniversary of the company;
- premiere introduction to sets 75323 LEGO Star Wars Justifiers, 75332 LEGO Star Wars AT-ST, 75337 LEGO Star Wars AT-TE Runner;
- already familiar to many Christmas “Lego Star Wars Adventure Calendar (75340)”.
But perhaps the most anticipated by fans are 4 sets from a brand new themed world from a Danish manufacturer called Avatar. There is practically no detailed information about these new products yet – only the kit numbers are called: from 75571 to 75574. Therefore, along with the intrigue of surprise, a stir is brewing.
In addition, at LEGO CON 2022, the Danish company will present other themes, and not only in the “brick” format. In particular, the premiere of a video game with an updated puzzle adventure LEGO Bricktales from Thunderful Games is expected. Perhaps they will give the opportunity to look at the LEGO 10306 Atari 2600.
