Classic baseplates remain in Lego sets

[ad_1]

Last year’s rumors about the fate of standard Lego baseplates turned out to be exaggerated. This is eloquently indicated by the return of the corresponding sets to the March assortment of the official online store. Despite the increase in the number of constructors with a complex configuration and noticeable changes in design technologies (for example, in the thematic series “Technician” or “Marvel”), the Danish manufacturer does not intend to change the fundamental principles. And this means that in all future projects, whether it be sets for the city series or “Star Wars”, the slabs for buildings made of cubes will remain the same.

In the presented sets, the packaging has changed from plastic to paper, which the Danish manufacturer announced last year. As for the baseplates themselves, you can tell a lot from the names of the four sets: 11023 LEGO Classic “Green Baseplate”, 11024 LEGO Classic “Gray Baseplate”, 11025 LEGO Classic “Blue Baseplate”, 11026 LEGO Classic “White Baseplate” . Three of them are of the 32×32 stud type and the gray slab is 48×48.

We add that along with the base plates, more 3 LEGO Classic sets: 11017 Creative Monsters, 11018 Creative Ocean Fun and 11019 Bricks and Functions. They are addressed to kids of the age category of 4-5 years.
