Why the launch of the long-awaited LEGO set is delayed
Numerous fans of “Lego”, living in the US and Canada, recently received bad news: one of the most anticipated summer designers 75337 LEGO Star Wars AT-TE Walker will not arrive in stores in August, as previously promised. According to an official statement from the LEGO Ambassador Network (LAN), this will happen “due to some delivery issues.”
Representatives of the Lego company report that the delay will last several weeks. Star Wars fans are saddened by this news. After all, many have long dreamed of getting their hands on the new minifigures of Phase 2 Commander Cody and his clone troopers.
To the delight of most fans of the “world of cubes”, this restriction will only affect North America. In all other countries, sales of new items will start on August 1, 2022. It is also important that all other thematic constructors LEGO Star Wars plan to appear in the range of stores in the promised time frame.
This applies to such no less long-awaited sets as:
- 75323 Justifier,
- 75334 Obi-Wan Kenobi vs. Darth Vader Brickheadz,
- 75333 Obi-Wan Kenobi’s Jedi Fighter,
- 75336 Inquisitor’s Transport Scythe and 75335 BD-1.
In the comments to this news, users note that such delays in the presentation of announced projects occur during major launches of the Danish manufacturer. So, in Australia, the launch of two designers was postponed until September 1 – 10306 Atari 2600 and 10304 Chevrolet Camaro Z28.
Thus, such cases have recently become quite a frequent occurrence in the work of the Lego company. Fans of buildable toys can only hope that such delays do not occur during the Christmas season, when such gifts become especially desirable.
