The Most Expensive LEGO Technic Set Coming This Summer

If you believe the information from Promobricks, then this summer fans of the Technic line will be able to become owners of the most expensive constructor in the series at a price of 600 euros (52,200 rubles). But this is not the only feature of the expected novelty. Build model from the set 42146 LEGO Technic Liebherr LR 13000 Crawler Crane will reproduce a small copy of the most powerful and largest crawler crane that exists in the world. The Danish company “Lego” is turning to the implementation of this lifting monster for the first time in its history.

At the same time, a rather modest number of parts of the proposed set is somewhat surprising – it will consist of only 2882 building “bricks”. This somehow doesn’t match the expected cost of the constructor. There is only one way to explain this paradox: the project developers used many motorized elements in the design to recreate the technical capabilities of a crawler crane.

42145 LEGO Technic Airbus H175 Rescue Helicopter

The Promobricks note also mentions two more summer packs: 42145 LEGO Technic Airbus H175 Rescue Helicopter worth about 200 euros (17400 rubles), and 42144 LEGO Technic Waste Handler for 140 euros (12180 rubles). Apparently, the models from the named constructors are also based on the prototypes of real vehicles (in the pictures).

We will find out how reliable this news is from the announcements of the Lego company on the planned releases for the summer season. The author of the note assures that they will appear on the shelves of toy stores on August 1 this year.
