The Lego company planned to coincide with such a historic event with a set 42143 LEGO Technic Tesla Cybertruck. However, it has now become known that the August edition is canceled or postponed indefinitely.
No official explanation has been given as to why the project has been suspended. However, fan blogs have made a very plausible suggestion that Lego’s decision is due to the fact that the American company Tesla announced the postponement of the launch of the latest electric battery-powered pickup truck to 2023. Well, if the release of the designer was originally synchronized with the start of production of a new car, then the reason is more than clear.
