According to the plot of the cult film «Star Wars», this character is a member of a primitive nomadic tribe from the planet Tatooine. They were called the Sand People, Tusken Raiders, or simply Tuskens. They are shown as rather cruel people, who have a particular hostility towards the local settlers.
The acquisition of such minifigures — not at all an ordinary event for «star» fans. For the first time in the «world of cubes» Tusken Raider debuted in 2002, that is, the third year since the release of the Star Wars LEGO sets. However, after that, the character did not appear in the designers for 13 years. Only in 2015, it was again included in the thematic set, then in another set, not counting the 2021 Advent Calendar. Thus, the Tusken Raider met in the prefabricated toys only 3 times. It turns out that the buyers of the magazine become the owners of a rather rare minifigure.
The Tusken Raider figurine presented in a souvenir version realistically reflects the image of a screen nomad: this is a man wrapped in clothes. Such a peculiar outfit is the main distinguishing characteristic of the character — among the people of the Sands, it was considered a shame to leave any part of the body open.
In general, the minifigure is not much different from previous releases. The only difference is that the hero’s chest strap simply runs diagonally and no longer intersects. In any case, magazine buyers will receive a worthy gift.
