According to the Stone Wars blogger and her other colleagues, already in January 2022, the Lego company will delight numerous fans of the popular Girlfriends series with eight new designers. Then in March, the collection should be replenished with five more themed sets, mainly dedicated to girlfriends’ pets.

Among the expected toys, some are of particular interest. So, along with the treehouse mentioned in previous news, fans of the series will also be offered a model of a floating and apartment building. In this case, the last set under the article 41704 LEGO Friends Habitable Block promises to be the largest constructor of this line. It consists of 1682 building «bricks» and will allow you to build 2 three-story and 1 two-story house:

• one of the «three-story buildings» with balconies will occupy the left corner of the new Heartlake City street — a cafe will be located on the ground floor;
• in the middle there is a second three-story house — on its lower floor there is a sports shop with skates;
• a “two-storey building” will appear in the right corner of the street, which will attract attention with an unusual seating area on the roof in the form of a terrace with an umbrella and a fruit and vegetable shop below.

The package of the game designer includes a model of an orange van. This makes the 41704 LEGO Friends Habitable Block set a very entertaining play location for kids. Moreover, the presence of eight miniature figures, representing, among other things, a child and a disabled person in a wheelchair, will really “revive” the game in the built houses.
