Crystal Knight has become the choice of Minecraft fans

Now the new characters that will appear in the future constructors of the Minecraft series are determined by the fans of the thematic line. Danish company Lego provided such carte blanche during last year’s online LEGO Con 2021 conference.
It was then that the company conducted the first online survey through social networks among construction fans, inviting them to choose one of three proposed new miniature figures. That is, the survey participants got the right to select the future hero of the story, whom they would like to see in the desktop versions of the popular game.
3 candidates were submitted to the court of fans:
- warrior,
- ranger,
- ninja.
The majority voted for the ninja minifigure. And as many know, the ninja character has successfully joined numerous heroes this year. Lego Minecraft.
On the second LEGO Con 2022 the original idea was continued, which indicates that the Danish manufacturer decided to make such a study of the opinion of consumers of products a traditional event. Participants of the next survey were also offered a choice of 3 miniature figures.
But this time they represented varieties of one character — a knight:
- classical,
- crystal,
- Prismarine.
According to the plans, the open voting ends on July 3, however, information has already spread on the Internet about which candidate is most likely to win. By a wide margin, the winner of the qualifying competition could be a miniature figure of the Crystal Knight.
Thus, it is the Crystal Knight who will join the ranks of characters in sets with desktop versions of Minecraft, which the Danish manufacturer will release in 2023.
